Focus on the Family recently changed their Option Ultrasound report. Can this be changed in Ekyros so the "National Group Report" "Focus on the Family - Option Ultrasound Report" matches the new report? For example, the new Option US report now asks the number of preg tests that were initial tests and the number that were retests, but this is not currently differentiated on the Ekyros "National Group Report" "Focus on the Family - Option Ultrasound ... |

Hi,
When looking at our Care Net statistical report, the "Client Summary for Jun, 2009" lists 7 pregnancy tests that were positive. However, under "All Positive Test Clients" the "Total number of positive test clients" is 9. We need accurate data for our Executive Director to report to our Board of Directors. Which number should we be using for total number of positive pregnancy tests done the month of June?

What needs to be entered in the client file in ekyros in order to track the ultrasounds done? When I go to our "CareNet Report", it lists 7 ultrasounds for this year, when we have actually done 10. All 10 of these ultrasounds have been entered into ekyros, with ultrasound as the primary reason for the visit.

After the initial visit, how do you update the "date client accepted Jesus" so that it comes up with an accurate number on the "CENTER STATISTICAL REPORT"? We've edited the information on the "case visit" but it doesn't change the number in the "Center statistical report" when it is entered after the initial visit date, even when we check back after 24 hrs. |
