I always appreciate the help and support that you give us! We can look into setting up a separated event for future events. At this point we have already had the event, entered all of our donations and pledges and now ready to send out reminders about the pledges.
Can you submit it as a possible update where pledges can be pulled or downloaded from the batch or based on set up date? Similar to a first time donor list. A new pledge list or something ... |

Our medial director just asked if there was an app so he could quickly log on to review and sign off on the ultrasound scans and reports. I could not remember hearing about one so I checked the apple store and could not find one. Is this something that you are considering?

I don't think we will need to track this, it would just be interesting to know how many of our clients bring their children with them.

Care Net asks for who accompanied the client to the visit, but we don't see it in the Care Net Report and could not find a report or statistic that had that info. We may have missed something somewhere, but if not there will probably be others asking the same question.

We also could not figure out how to pull those numbers in the reports or stats.

Is this something that you can add somewhere in the client file? It looks like they just want an over all experience not specific details about the their visit.
We currently keep a file where we copy their evaluations so it is not too difficult to go back and count them. After the client has filled them out we put client file #, volunteer name and date on them before making the copy. The original stays in their file ... |

I have a few recommendations for making it even better --
- Allow a search for client by file number
- Show Survey Form in client file - on activity page or somewhere
- Have a place to enter it from the client file

I see how we can send the forms to them to fill out and submit back. We do not subscribe to the SMS text reminders at this point. For the client to enter the intake forms using our tablet in the waiting area, it looks like we will need to fill out the request, but then scan the qr code with our tablet to open the forms for them to fill out. I have had some issues with the access codes not wanting to work (it is most likely user error). It would be nice if there was a way to use the qr code on the mobile intake since it is easier to use and you can avoid most user error issues.. LOL.

I have tried the monthly client report but the clients duplicate for the next month. I'm not just looking for new clients either - so its not just a matter of new cases or new clients. Just how many individual clients have we served during a specific time.

I found out that I had to select egivingNCS, but then I could not figure out what username they wanted. When I entered the Partner Code (from egiving) where it asked for the username, it worked. |
