1.Case Visit Primary Reason - Disabled Options are Visible

I am having an issue with our Case Visit form. When we got to select the primary reason for this visit, all of the options, including those that have been disabled, are able to be selected. I've reviewed the list to ensure that the options are correctly enabled and disabled, but they still are able to be chosen.

Any suggestions?

We are navigating the Mobile Intake forms rather well over the past several months. However, we have a need to send the clients their file numbers ahead of time. Is there a way for us to do this through merge fields? This would be very helpful. Thanks.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We thought that because it was a generated number not associated with an identifier that it was acceptable.

In order to have complete records, we really need the ability to add custom questions and forms to the mobile intake process. Or we need the following questions part of the intake process/added to the client's case:
*Fillable Record Release documentation for clients to assign people whom they want to have access ...
5.Case Visits

Good Morning!
We are finding that we are performing multiple services on the same day for clients (pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI testing, etc.). Currently, that only indicates one case visit - even if they leave the facility and return later. I know that currently we cannot add more than one case visit to a day. Is this possible to change?

We have had multiple issues with the apostrophe character. I didn't know that the characters on iPhone were different. We use a work around on iPhones by highlighting the name below the signature line, copying and pasting it. This resolves most of the issues but sometimes we have to start all over and remove the apostrophe until after the mobile intake has been completed.
7.Relationships in a Client File

We are now taking the FOB's information and entering into Ekyros. We link the files using the "relationships" tab.

I've noticed that there is no way to "edit" the relationship - you have to delete it and then add it again. Can this be changed to allow an edit? Sometimes the relationship changes or we entered it in wrong.

10.File Summary Report - PDF

I noticed that on the File Summary Report, there is not an export option for pdf - only webpage, word, and excel. I really need this in a pdf - is it possible to add that option to the drop down list?

11.Issue with Excel Download

I'm having an issue with the excel download from the Statics side of things. After I download, when I go to open in Excel, it first says "The file format and extension of ‘Appointment Statistics.XLS’ don’t match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don’t open it. Do you want to open it anyway?" It's always said this, so I select "Yes". Then, this notice comes up "The file is corrupt and cannot be opened. " and ...

I'm still having issues - I've cleared, restarted, etc. It's only from the Client Management - Statistics and with excel that I'm having this issue. I called the main number but it said to leave a voicemail.

13.Mobile Intake Needs

Hello! We are just getting started with Mobile Intake and have a few needs. We ask for alot of information from our clients - and they don't mind giving it. Couple of needs to round out our intake process:

1) We ask for the Client's children - this helps us close cases of previous clients and gives us a picture of the client's needs. There is no place in the current mobile forms to gather this. We would either have to create a separate paper form or try to ...

15.Appointment Contact Information Not Updating

We are noticing a problem in the Scheduler appointments - we make an appointment, link it to a client file, save it. Later, we update the client's file, with phone number, method of contact, etc. However, the appointment does not update to include the client's phone number and if they accept text messaging. This has created a problem with the reminder texts and the staff phone calls to clients.

Is there something we can do to remedy this? I don't recall this ...

This is really unfortunate. We are a busy center and are not able to update each appointment multiple times. Additionally, not all of our logins have access to the client file data.

Has is always been this way? We just started noticing this issue last week and this week which seems very odd to me.

We have also have similar issues with appointments being added, deleted, etc. We did implement more training, but the it's still possible for people to make changes and because we can't track exactly who did what at what time on the appointments (in the properties section), we aren't able to narrow down who is doing these things. It would be very nice to limit who can create appointment times in the resources section.

Thank you so much for always being so open to suggestions and updates! We love being able to voice our opinion on the way the system works for us :)

22.Missing Resource

This week, something strange happened in our resource list. It appears that one of our resources has been deleted (not disabled, but is missing). None of us remember the "name" of the resource, but its evident that it's missing because all the appointments that would have been in this resource location all of no resource selected.

Is there a way for us to look internally for this deletion or perhaps someone is able to assist us in remedying this issue.

I'm interested in a report that will pull the data from the Health History form, specifically the question regarding if they've been tested for an STD and if they currently have one of the STD's listed. Do we already have access to this in a report or statistic?

Is there a report that will show me which client files have no cases listed? We have several files that are empty and probably need to be removed from our system, but I'm not sure the easiest way to do this.
