Okay, I'm a little confused. What if a client comes in who was a previous EWYL client or even a previous test client and needs a pregnancy test but it is negative. This is not a new pregnancy so should it be a new case number? If so, I'm assuming all subsequent case visits would go under the latest case number even though we are still dealing with same children that we were servicing in case #1? |

Is there a way to pull a report that would run over a fiscal year from from July to June instead from Jan to December?
OUr Center reopened in July 2006 so our board would like stats for our first full year.

I know I am not using the system to it's fullest potential. Can you explain what the Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 means on the reports? Is there a "manual" that explains how to run and read reports etc.? I basically know how to get to the reports and can print them but not sure exactly what everything means. |

When trying to enter a client's church, I used the elipses to add a new church name but it would tell me I needed to enter an organization. The same thing happened when trying to enter staff church association. Is the church only for donor mgt? What do I put for organization for clients and staff? |
