1.donation form

I have been wondering about something on the donation form. When I enter a donation I would like to go ahead and print a receipt then to mail out. We have been having to go into reports and print them that way. I noticed at the bottom of the donation form there is a box that says "print receipt" and you have the option to check or uncheck. I assume this was put into place to give you the option of printing from there. Is that correct? If so, ours does not print. Do I have to go into ...

If I have "print receipt" checked when I enter a donation and then print receipts from the batch report "To be printed" option, will the receipts I printed now be "unchecked" so that the do not print with each printing of batch receipts? Or do I have to go into each one manually and uncheck the option? (I hope that makes sense-it does in my head) :)

3.sonogram form

Thank you for adding the spell check feature and adding additional information to the sonogram activity form. However, when entering the type of sonogram you can only choose vaginal, abdominal, or (I forgot the third). When doing a vaginal exam, we always begin with an abdominal scan first and document at least 2 images in that mode. Then, if indicated, we will begin the vaginal scan. Can you please change the options so that we can choose multiple options on this question?

I think that would work, but the option of being able to actually mark both abdominal and vaginal ultrasound would be more clear on a medical record that is going out of our office.

I am trying to download the user guide that is linked to the carenet report. There is some information that is reported in the report that I would like to know where it pulls that information from in ekyros. The link is not working. Could you email the user guide if it tells you were the information is gathered from. Example: #7 in the report states how many women received pregnancy options counseling. Our number reported is way below what I would expect which tells me that we are probably not ...
6.printing notes

We are needing to print the medical part of a client's file. Is there any way to print the contact portion of the file with only the medical related appointments (ex: pregnancy test/results and sonogram/results) and only the nursing notes?

We do not want to release the client advocate related appointments or notes.

In the past I have had to export the file summary report into word and then manually delete all of the information that I do not want to send. ...

We have tried just printing the contact info and the notes. The problem that we have run into is that if a client were to visit today, she might have notes from her client advocate and nurse on the same date. It would be great if there were some way to have the option of choosing which notes you would like printed.
Example:
10/23/08 Client advocate note
X 10/23/08 Nurse note regarding sonogram

We have a local doctor that requires her patients ...
8.Need report of designated fundraiser

I am having trouble getting a report of our baby bottle fundraiser this year. When each donation was entered, I designated it as Baby Bottle Boomerang under "Event/Event Group Captian". Now I am trying to get a total of all donations given for that designation for 2008.
I tried to go to "reports" and then "donations by designation" and then selected "baby bottle boomerang" for the event with the dates from Jan 1, 2008 until today. My report keeps ...
9.pledge

I am attempting to enter a new pledge that will be given using our EFT system. Once I have everything entered, I am receiving an error message in red at the top of my screen about in input string. What does this mean and how do I fix it? I have entered pledges before just like this and had no problems at all.

12.case number on group classes

I have a client in our system that has been attending for a very long time. We recently discovered that she is actually on case number 2 but everything was still being entered as case number one. I have been able to change everything to case number 2 except for the group classes that she attended. They should read case 2, but still say case 1. Is there a way to update this?

I was wondering where you stand on getting the Individual Education forms to show up on the Client File Summary. We have some clients that are court ordered to attend and when I print their summary, the lessons aren't listed.
14.Change case number

I am entering an old client file. The client came in today for a pregnancy test and the staff member put her in as a new client and assigned today's visit as case #1. She visited our center last year and it should be filed as case #1 and today as case #2. How do I change the case number on today's visit to case #2?

I got the error message that says "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'tblClosetNeeds' with unique index 'IX_tblClosetNeeds.' The statement has been terminated."

What does this mean??
16.Staff inservices/meetings

I would like to see if there is some way to schedule staff members into the group classes. I would like to be able to post trainings, inservices, and meetings on the group class schedule and sign up staff members. This would not only help the person holding the meeting/class, but it would also be helpful in the staff records so that we know who has attended what.

I have a request. Before the Feb. update, you could click on a button (sorry I don't remember the name of it) on the activity page that would allow you to see the details of all of the forms and then you could click it again and just see the forms and the dates. Our clinic uses the Closet/Boutique form to keep up with the credit that clients earn or redeem in their EWYL program. Before the update, I could click on this button to see 'items received/given' and be able to quickly tell ...

I found that. Thank you. It is still not showing all of the activities. When a client is here for an EWYL visit and an 'Individual Education' form is completed showing what they did during that visit (eg. Lesson 1.1), those are not showing up when I click on file summary report and check the activity box. Any suggestions?

I printed the release notes when they were first offered. Are the notes different now since the release has been pushed back and changes made? Do I need to reprint them?
20.Group Classes

I was wondering if there is a reason why the group classes are in reverse chronological order? Maybe I am missing the reason. This has been a complaint from my volunteers when they check the class members in on the day of the class. Is it possible to have them listed in chronological order from top to bottom?

When I print a Client File Summary all of the information that has been entered is not showing up. The main thing that I have seen is the marital status, race, and religion sections. The boxes and options are on the printout, but the correct box is not checked. If you view the file in the system, the information is there and is correct. Why is this not printing?

25.Salvation Statistics

On the Initial Visit Form in the Office Use Only section there is an option to choose that the client "Made Profession of Faith". Yet when I ran the statistics for the month of Dec this option did not show up on the report. Am I doing something wrong?
