How do you add a new category in the client section under the "Add New" menu.
2.missing amount in report as a letter

I have been working on this issue for several days now and am not sure what the problem is....I'm trying to print a monthly receipt from my "donations". When I pull the report and view it as a list...the amount is there. When I pull down "view as a letter"....it says there is a "missing amount". I have gone back and tried other months that I have already sent out and it says the same thing. Is this a glitch in ekyros system or am I formatting something ...

I am aware that it's $150 for uploading previous information to Ekyros.com. Can you upload an Axcess file that we have previously used for donor tracking? Thanks!
