I too would like to have this capability.
Associated with it would be a report of which donors we have sent a piece of correspondence to over the years.
For example, if I add someone who is a potential donor, and we send them 4 newsletters a year and 4 personal letters interspersed in the year, if they never respond after say 3 years, I would want to know and mark them as inactive and possibly delete them. In our old MS access database that we used to use ... |

I too would like this capability.
With the potential of mailing out over 1000 pieces of mail on our donor list [hopefully one day] being able to break this down into the proper Post Office categories would be great.

I would like to see additional spaces for web sites and additional emails on the primary donor management page.
Many people have their own websites, such as facebook, myspace, wordpress or blogger, and it would be nice to add that information.
Same with emails - Most people have 2 or 3 emails, work, home, free [ie yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc], and depending on where they are and what they are doing, they can only access one at certain times.

I too am having trouble finding out what I need to delete from a duplicate file. The error message is:
DELETE statement conflicted with TABLE REFERENCE constraint 'FK_'. The conflict occurred in database XXXXXXX, table 'tblDonor'. The statement has been terminated.
As far as I can tell there are no more donations related to this donor, a church. Any suggestions? What would be directory2 ?

I am new to this system, as i sthe Center. I would like autoComplete for fields such as:
City
Zipcode
Also, would it be possible to make ZIP & +4 as 2 separate fields?

I Concur with what Kelly has said. It would also be nice to have a calender that each authorized could access to put in their own schedule. |
