Is there any way to mark a class as canceled or postponed? Or add extra weeks to a scheduled class when needed because it hasn't met for some reason? We sometimes have classes that get canceled because of bad weather or people on vacation, etc, and I'm not sure how to mark that in ekyros. |

Ok, thanks. Is there a way to add a week to the class session if one or more get canceled or postponed?

| 4. | Missing client number & file

I was going through old paper client files to pull the ones that we could close and I found one that is not in ekyros at all. The client has a number and did a full intake with a pregnancy test, but I cannot find the client by name or number in the system anywhere. Should I reenter all the forms with the original dates and a new client number before closing? I have no idea how they could have a number listed on the physical file but there be no trace of her online! |

Thank you! I will have to get my Executive Director to run that report since I don't have access to the Administration tab. If the file was deleted, is it possible to get it back or should I input all the data again with the original dates? |
