Why not an intial visit for each new case? How does the information in the initial form get updated for each new case? The marital status and education status could change. |

I have been told that you only enter an initial for a client one time. I don't understand why you wouldn't enter an initial visit for each time the client comes in for a new pregnancy test. It seems like there should be an initial visit for each new case. I guess my question would be, when do you enter an initial visit? |

If I check a file inactive, will the name still appear in a mailing or is it removed from the mailing list? Do I still have to mark "hold mail" if I check "inactive?"
