1. | Re: Entering Walk Sponsors Posted by mitch on 10/27/2007 8:50:29 AM We use "xx-yyy" where xx is the Church Number and yyy is the walker number, and I agree that it has been quite interesting looking for the walkers since they appear in the order they were entered into the program instead of aphabetically or numberically. However, I must again reiterate how awesome you all are for the last repair, and so FAST!!!! YOU ROCK!!!

2. | Event Management Posted by mitch on 4/22/2008 8:57:14 PM Brian,
First, I would like to tell you how absolutely seamless our first QuickBooks transfer went last week. I am thrilled at the amount of time we have saved already! This really has our CEO and Financial Administrator excited.
Once we posted the information in eKYROS, I was reporting the amounts raised to the 'powers that be' by adding the total pledges to the total donations from the Event Management screen. I just exported to Excel, and ... |
3. | Re: Event Management Posted by mitch on 5/6/2008 8:00:35 PM Hi Sarah!
Our CEO/Founder wanted me to ask you if you plan to add the contact information for the donor to the QuickBooks Connector.

4. | Setting up Appointment Book Posted by mitch on 4/21/2008 7:52:58 PM We have tried several options with the appointment book and are still trying to come up with the most simple plan.
Our counselors typically volunteer in 4 hour shifts, Monday Tuesday and Thursday we have 3 shifts, and Wednesday and Friday we have 2 shifts. They are usually here during the same shift each week.
Our receptionists are currently using a paper appointment calendar AND the calendar in eKYROS. On our paper calendar, each available appointment is ... |

Brian, again you amaze me!
I do believe that would solve our dilema! I guess it would be pointless for me to ask if you can make that available!

6. | Re: Classes Posted by mitch on 4/15/2008 5:59:45 PM Sarah,
We are now holding classes, however, our classes meet every three weeks instead of weekly and our class meets 14 times. I have set our class up as weekly for 39 weeks. If I only mark attendance on dates the classes actually met, will this will keep our data accurate?
Thanks,

7. | Walk Reporting Posted by mitch on 11/8/2007 5:21:05 PM It appears that we are not able to run a report that tells how much money a walker has raised (donations & pledges combined), or how much money the walkers from a specific church has raised (same). We issue rewards to the walkers and churches who raise the most funds. Am I missing something? |
8. | Entering Walk Infornation Posted by mitch on 10/27/2007 9:02:00 AM I have found that when you enter walk information, to get the totals by walker, you must eneter the data through editing the event.
Also, if you enter the sponsors in the order they are on the form, and then add the donations in the order they are on the form, when you print them out sorted by walker, they will also print out in the order you entered them in (as they are on the form).
Additionally, why do you enter the sponsor by last name, and then they appear ... |
9. | Re: Entering Walk Infornation Posted by mitch on 10/27/2007 10:20:52 AM So, you work on Saturday too?????
There aren't words to say how much I appreciate it when you make changes so quickly to the program.
Thank you for making my job easier!!!

13. | Donation Reports Posted by mitch on 10/23/2007 7:33:58 PM Any way we can get {group name} and {group captain} on list when we print donation reports. I am printing out the pledge statements and donation receipts by walker and golfer and would like to be able to sort by these before I merge. Please email me Mitch@BirthChoice.us
Thank You |
14. | Abstinence Status Posted by Mitch on 6/15/2007 12:12:45 PM On Client Summary, the Abstinence Status prints out Unknown, and on the case form, the client abstinence Status is checked "YES". Is this a bug in the system, or does the answer on the client summary pull from somewhere else in the program? |
15. | Printing File Summary Reports Posted by mitch on 10/16/2007 6:51:49 PM Is there a way to have summary options pre-checked. We print a summary on every client, and it is killing my fingers clicking on the boxes all day!!! Please help me!!! |
16. | Re: Printing File Summary Reports Posted by mitch on 10/23/2007 7:21:32 PM Yes, we do so we can have someone verify the data entry. |
17. | Donation Statistics Report Posted by mitch on 10/23/2007 8:05:52 PM When I run a statistics report, filtered by:
Date
Year
Event
Event Group
I can drill down to the walker, but the letter options don't allow me include the walker they sponsored or the amount. Is this possible somewhere else?
Thanks |
18. | Pledges without an amount Posted by mitch on 10/15/2007 5:46:01 PM We have multiple donors who, when sponsoring a walker, simply check the "bill me" box and leave the amount blank. We usually issue a pledge statement for an amount "unspecified". We find that these donors usually give more this way and would like a way to enter a pledge for an uspecified amount. Can you tell me how to do this? |
19. | Abstinence Status Posted by mitch on 10/15/2007 5:37:00 PM We have discovered that regardless of the selection you make during Case entry, the File Summary Prints "Unknown". Any way to fix this? |
20. | Several Suggestions that would make things more clear for us. Posted by Mitch on 6/14/2007 11:48:16 AM On new file input: Is it possible to make the "OK to contact client" methods to be check boxes. Most of our clients say it is okay to call their cell phones, but not their home or work phones. Our form has options to check box for each of the following; home phone, cell phone, work phone, home address, email address.
On New Case input: For "Abstinence Status" is it possible to have an option for "married client". We do not share abstinence ... |
21. | Initial Visit Form Posted by Mitch on 6/12/2007 2:32:47 PM Is there a way to add "trichomoniasis" and "other" to STD's on Question #9.
We do not do STD testing here, and many of our clients have this STD that has been confirmed elsewhere.
