Looks like the Carry to Term Undecided (parent or adopt) does not show up under #16 of the Option Ultrasound Report. I was short one Carry to Term client in #16. My number of positive pregnancy tests in #12 was accurate. Could this be why?
Also, will the Option Ultrasound Report be changed to reflect their new online report?

Please advise if I am seeing this correctly:
Looks like the Focus Report (#18-21) records the total CONCLUSIVE & INCONCLUSIVE sonograms done for the month. But the CareNet report for the month/year reports only the conclusive sonograms? This makes a difference when I do my Board Report showing % of those who changed their minds. Wouldn't I want my final assessments to be on the conclusive sonograms only (just like only the positive pregancy tests are counted ... |

Because this is annual report time, our nurse-manager and I wanted to officially request that eKyros and CareNet consider including the inconclusive sonograms in CareNet's reporting like Focus does. Our rationale would be that they already had a positive pregnancy test which refers them on to ultrasound. The majority of our inconclusive sonograms are because it's too early in the pregnancy to see baby and heart motion, though we usually see yolk sac and gestational sac. This usually ... |

We want to use eKyros as our main data base for staff and volunteer management. Can you update eKyros to export Job Descriptions from General Information so we can printout a list? Some people have two job descriptions at CPC, i.e. a staff member may also be a peer counselor.
I also need to schedule upcoming volunteer and staff annual reviews. Any suggestions here?

Is it possible to add to the Office Form under Abstinence Status: "Was Abstinence Presented?" Just like you have in the section on Spiritual Status/Was Gospel Presented?
I know we can do this under Concepts Shared; however, when there are a lot of abstinence related issues, it's hard to get a specific count.

Under "Concepts Shared" we have the following concepts:
Abstinence
STDs
Pre-Marital
Relationships
Because there are a number of "abstinence" related issues that can be shared, it would be more clear and specific to add this as a question under "Abstinence Stutus" just like "Spiritual Status.

Please, please consider giving us the ability to breakdown the "Counseling Service" and "Other Services or Classes" by category as reported on the Focus Report, #6, Primary Purpose, like you did for Referrals to Outside Agencies and STD Screening. It would be so very helpful to be able to add our own categories for these areas, while still giving Focus one total drawn from these areas.

First, thank you so very much for your program and hard work. My annual CareNet Report went very smoothly. It use to be a nighmare!

We did a pregnancy test and ultrasound on 10/3/07. The original assessment/intent/pregnancy status was AM. The final/exit decision/pregnancy status was AV/still undecided. One week later (10/9) after a follow-up call her decision was adoption. Were we correct to change the case pregnancy status to Adoption?
On 1/14/08 when we saw the above client's sister for counsel only, she told us her sister had actually aborted. Though I hate to do this in this case, do we then ... |

We need a statistical report similar to Concepts Shared (CP/Clients/Stats/Analysis Report ID30) or All Title Literature/Audio (CP/Clients/Stats/Analysis Report ID32) or even like the Closet Boutique report counting items taken.
The stats would come from:
Activity
Individual Education
Education Form
Class Name
This report would give us the total number of each class taken in EWYL on a monthly basis ... |

Why not have two separate entries for STD tests? One for the visit, test and counsel. The second one for the follow-up visit where you provide test results and counseling. The STD test form is not like pregnancy tests or ultrasounds where you get the results in the same day. It seems odd that you can't complete the test form until you have the results.

Some questions:
1. How should I handle two positive pregnancy tests for the same client during the same month? On occasion we do another pregnancy test after ultrasound if we don't find baby. So on rare occasion I may have a pos. test on Sept. 5 and when she comes in on Sept 15 we get another positive test.
2. When I ran the CP/Clients/Stats/Analysis (Report 38), for STDs, this report duplicated each client, showing the same information.

Help! When I do my board report, I run the statistics for Gospel Presented, How Heard, Spiritual Status, and Abstinence Status. Where do the numbers come from? It seems that my numbers are lower than the actual people we see. For example, for October the Focus Report (#7) shows we had 78 new and returning clients. The reports I run show 34 for the statistics I run. Shouldn't the statistics be based on the 78 people we saw?

I think I'm getting the picture. It makes sense that most of our "cases" come from pregnancy tests since that is what we mostly do.
What I'm most concerned about is that all the good stuff gets counted: spiritual/profession, abstinence, and pregnancy status.
I just need to make sure that if a client makes commits to abstinence during a later visit, i.e., EWYL visit (Individual Education), this is counted. Umm...if ... |

Does this mean that a pregnancy change of mind made January 15, 2008, for a pregnancy test done December 29, 2007 will not show up in the 2008 CareNet Report because it is linked to the Case Form from December 21, 2007?
Or a profession of faith and commitment to abstinence made in EWYL November 12, 2007, from the original Pregnancy Test/Case Form done in May 9, 2006, will not show up in our 2007 reports? And when I print the Focus Report for November 2007, it won't ... |

Thank you. I already knew the answer to the CareNet report, but wanted to try.
For now, to overcome the abstinence and spiritual status, I can do these as specific Activities under Case Visit/Concepts Shared/Trusted Christ, Case Visit/Concepts Shared/Gospel Shared, Case Visit/Concepts Shared/Rededicated Life, and Case Visit/Concepts Shared/Abstinence Commitment. Then change the numbers from your wonderful printed reports for Focus and CareNet. Right? Where do #83 and #86 on ... |

We did 16 sonograms in September, but the Focus report shows we had only 6 Ultrasound Appointments as primary purpose for visit. Is this because the client came in just for ultrasound on that day and had her pregnancy test on an earlier date? Which would mean the other 10 sonograms we did were counted under Pregnancy Test as primary purpose for visit because she had her pregnancy test and ultrasound on the same day? I don't think I need to "correct" anything (your number 6) unless you're saying I should make the sonogram the primary reason for the visit rather than the pregnancy test.
Isn't there only one primary reason/purpose for the visit if several things are done on one day?
If the pregnancy test (done first) and ultrasound (follows pregnancy test) are done on the same day, isn't the primary ... |

Just checking...
My Focus Report shows 20 positive tests under #12. It shows 19 total tests under #s 14, 15, and 16. The one missing happens to be an undecided parent/adopt. I always thought the positive tests from #12 should equal the total intentions #s 14-16. Shouldn't it also count this under #16 if she was intending to carry but undecided parent/adopt? I do see that she shows up under #23. Am I missing something?
