We have quite a few donors that do not want us to send recpts. via snail mail b/c of the postage and I guess postage will be going up again!! When putting in a NEW client appointment there is no prompt to put a phone # or DOB. We use this as follow up if a person is a "No Show" and if someone calls in to change an appointment to verify who we are speaking to. It is easy to forget to ask if there isn't something there to remind you. Sorry to be such a pest but we have a lot of volunteers and we want this to be as easy a possible for them.

I just logged on to Ekyros and saw the update for the Daily Notes, that is great BUT it really needs to be on the Scheduler since that is where appointmentts are made and you need to know who is in or not. Is there anyway of doing that. Also, on the Scheduler when putting in Staff/Volunteer it brings up EVERYONE that has been here as staff or volunteer even though they are no longer active. I know that you can enter in the first letters of the last name BUT not ... |

I was having the same problem and what I discovered when you export to Word you can go into Edit and Select All then to File and Page Set Up and change your bottom margin to .17" it will take care of having that extra page. Do a Print Preview just to make sure! LMK how it works for you!!

I am wondering why the Total Pledged amount does not decrease when the pledge is paid or being paid depending on the type. It would really be nice to be able to look at that and know what is still out standing and not have to process it through excel unless there is some other way that I have missed?

I am not really sure what you mean by a pledge form and the monies rec'd and pledged. I do a Pledge form for those that make a Pleadge and a donation for those that make a donation. Do you mean that I should have 2 events for lets say the banquet one for pledges and one for donations? Not sur if I am explaining that correctly!!

Thanks for letting me know but I have to say that is not to user friendly. It is very time consuming to have to enter all of these and this is really just adding one more step, especially when it come to the Walk. Anyway, maybe it is something that can be worked on. I am updating our Staff Managment and I noticed that everyone the I have as "Active" they show up in the Staff/Volunteer window in the Add New Appointment. Not everyone that is in our Staff Management sees clients, but they are "Active", Board Members, Support Staff, ect. Just wondering if I have that correct.

The Event does not give the total pledge amounts. And it also will list every donation that the person has give but not a grand total. (does that make sense). |
