1. | Care Net Report- FOB and Exit Survey Posted by lauraf on 2/24/2014 11:03:14 AM Hello there,
Can you please tell me if there are plans to incorporate the newest STAT requirements from Care Net into a client form so that we an track this?
1. Relationship of FOB to the at-risk positive test client
2. Exit survey questions

2. | merging duplicate files Posted by lauraf on 7/5/2013 12:52:42 PM Is there a way to add "Date of Birth" as way to narrow the search in the list of duplicate files?
I find that we can have 2 files w/ same first and last name but different adresses. I have to open each case and check the DOB to see if it is the same person. Having duplicate DOB show in the list would be a great help.
Thank you |
3. | tracking unique clients Posted by lauraf on 2/12/2013 3:05:39 PM I am trying to find out how many unique clients we serve in a year. From what I can see, when I run that search, I can get unique clients in a month, but, if they come back in subsequent months (as our Parenting Program clients do), they are counted again each month. Thanks, Laura |
4. | Re: tracking unique clients Posted by lauraf on 2/12/2013 3:13:22 PM So that option has been there all along, eh? It is so nice to learn something new. I'm feeling a bit dense here, but thank you so much!! :) |
5. | Re: tracking unique clients Posted by lauraf on 2/12/2013 3:21:09 PM I am running into an issue...
I am running a report for 1/1/2012 to 12/31/2012 with drill down option of pregnancy test clients and coming up with a total of 3 unique clients for the entire year. What do you think am I doing wrong? |
6. | Re: tracking unique clients Posted by lauraf on 2/12/2013 3:33:00 PM Yes, sorry I do mean category |
7. | Re: tracking unique clients Posted by lauraf on 2/12/2013 3:36:10 PM Yes, sorry, I meant category |
8. | Re: tracking unique clients Posted by lauraf on 2/12/2013 3:58:05 PM Hmmmmm...I will have to go into some of our client files and double check, but, as far as I know we do enter the primary reason for the visit with every client. Not sure why only 3 would be showing up for the entire year. Thx |
9. | Re: tracking unique clients Posted by lauraf on 2/12/2013 4:06:11 PM Well, I just started opening up some of the pregnancy test client files and am finding that the "case visit-primary purpose-pregnancy test" is showing up in alot more than 3 clients for the year but they are not included in the unique client stat for the year. Any other ideas?
True, some had a primary reason for visit of ultrasound. But I found 7 to start that had pregnancy test listed as primary reason. |
10. | adding a satellite Posted by lauraf on 3/21/2012 2:46:40 PM We will be adding a satellite location in the near future. (we will be taking on a small center that already exists). Since we are already at the highest # of client files, is there any added cost to add a second location?
We will need to add additional user accounts. Is that $50/year?
I did read the info in the help menu for adding another location.
One more question: The other center has all of their files in paper form only( about 350). Should we ... |
11. | care net report Q# 17 Posted by lauraf on 2/28/2012 1:48:33 PM The online video tutorial for the Care Net report states that per Care Net's request, divorced and widowed clients are put into the "single" category (I believe). There is no mention in the tutorial about "living together" or "engaged". I have 54 such clients showing up as "unknown" marital status. Help please :)
Thank you!

12. | Re: care net report Q# 17 Posted by lauraf on 2/28/2012 3:00:15 PM OOPS! I see that they are listed as "other" not as "unknown", my mistake.
So, Care Net does not want those included in "single"?...they are, after all, NOT married. :)
Thanks,
Laura |
13. | Re: how heard about us report Posted by lauraf on 2/27/2012 4:04:15 PM It has been awhile since I was looking for the stat on how a client found us. I am trying to do our Care Net report now and ...am I missing something or is the "Initial Visit Stastic" selection no longer there??? How do I find this, please? thank you |
14. | Re: how heard about us report Posted by lauraf on 2/28/2012 1:38:03 PM Thank you- I was able to find it with your help. |
15. | how heard about us report Posted by LauraF on 9/11/2008 9:56:38 AM Hello,
Is there a way to run a repot that breaks down how specific client types have heard about us?
I am interested in seeing how pregnancy test clients specifically have heard about us. Thanks |
16. | Re: how heard about us report Posted by LauraF on 9/12/2008 2:28:49 PM I am asking if there is a way to find out how pregnancy test clients ONLY heard about us. I do not see a measure for that in the Initial Visit Form. It gives me stats on all clients seen without breaking it down into client types as far as I can see. Am I missing something there?
Thanks |
17. | Re: how heard about us report Posted by LauraF on 3/20/2009 2:01:38 PM Hello,
I had asked about this issue in September (finding out how PREGNANCY TEST clients herad about us)- I am wondering if any thought has been given to adding this statistic feature?
I really need to know how pregnancy test clients are finding out about us in order to make wise advertising decisions. Our previous ACCESS database was able to tell me this. I am frustrated that I can't get this information now.
I don't have to worry about advertising to materials ... |
18. | Care Net report Gospel shared Posted by lauraf on 2/6/2012 3:22:42 PM Our Gospel Shared stat is not correct in the Care Net Report. I have found one file where it is noted that the Gospel was shared in the Spiritual Assessment section and it does not display her name when I drill down from the Care Net report. It makes me wonder if there are more.
Is Spiritual Assessment where this stat comes from? What about the "concepts shared" listing of Gospel...does that have any effect on this?
What if the Gospel is shared with a client ... |
19. | scheduler resources Posted by lauraf on 12/13/2011 3:18:39 PM We added some resource slots in a days schedule from one computer. Another computer is not showing the additions. We tried logging out and signing back in but it still does not show up. A third computer does show the changes. Any idea why this might be happening?
Thank you

21. | help menu Posted by lauraf on 7/20/2011 1:22:06 PM I am having trouble with the Help menu tab. When I open that page the "contents" box on the left side of the screen is completely blank. None of the updates or online training are listed for me to click on. Another staff person is on her computer and the contents are listed just fine. Any idea what is going on? |
22. | Re: help menu Posted by lauraf on 7/20/2011 3:44:45 PM I have Windows 7 and upgrading corrected the problem! Thank you |
23. | class name in Individual Education Posted by lauraf on 5/18/2010 10:43:46 AM Is there a way to delete a class name from the Individual Education page? I have tried to do this and it won't allow me to delete anything. We have changed some of our class names and our data entry people often get confused by the old class names that are still in the system. Thank You , Laura |
24. | Re: class name in Individual Education Posted by lauraf on 5/18/2010 1:46:20 PM That will certainly help, thank you. I'm curious; Is there a reason why we can't delete items like this? |
25. | investigating donor management Posted by lauraf on 5/12/2010 9:59:29 AM Hello,
We have been using the client management portion of e-kyros for awhile but have not yet switched to the donor management. Our bookkeeper has asked if there is a way for him to look at how the system works? I remember there was something where we could see sample pages of the client management system, is there something like that for the donor side? Thank you,Laura |
