Hi,
A few of us have had difficulty enrolling clients in our classes. When we go to 'enroll' and then 'enroll from database' and type in their name and nothing pops up. Is that a bug? On of my coworkers said that happened to her for a while, and then she was able to enroll normally at a later date.

When we hit 'Search' nothing happens at all. That is the problem. You can put part of a name or a whole name, but absolutely nothing happens when you hit search. |
| 3. | clients unable to sign mobile intake forms

We have had two clients last week that were able to completely fill out the mobile forms, but when they got to the final signature, it was saying that it did not match and they were unable to complete their forms. We checked spelling of names and any extra spaces, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Any suggestions on what we might do next? |

When I try to search for clients using the 'Files' function, I am unable to get anyone to pull up, but when I do the same search in 'Cases', I am able to find clients with no difficulty. Is there something I am doing wrong? Any tips would be much appreciated! |

I am attempting to close a file and this notice is what I get. I thought maybe it was because there was no due date set, but when I added the due date, it still will not let me close the file. I have closed other files without any problem. Any ideas? |

I am on 'Case Form' and then click 'Edit' and attempt to change the file from open to closed. I am able to change the 'Case Outcome' to Unable to Contact without any problem. I try to 'Save and Close' or just 'Save' and get the error message either way. |

Hi, We recently started using eKyros and are wondering what is the best way to record Baby Bucks earned by doing classes? I saw a post from 2007 while searching the archives, so I was wondering if there were any newer ideas. Thank you. |
