I am experiencing this same issue. Has anyone had any luck figuring out this problem yet? The suggestion to uncheck and start all over with resources is just too much to deal with. I'm not sure what version of Internet Explorer we have. I'll check on that and see about deleting the browser history to see if that will work. I have called and left a voicemail for someone to contact me from ekyros. Hope to hear something soon :)

Tried this, but no change. I'll try it again, and see if there is any change after the 2nd time. Thanks for such a quick reply :)
