My director's password automatically fills in when she log on to Ekyros.com. She would like to change it so it needs to be typed in every time. How do I do that? |

When entering clients from my laptop and I try to chose from the drop-down menu in "Concepts Shared" the entire menu does not show. I am unable to enlarge the menu or scroll down to hit "Apply". Can someone check on this and see if it is only my notepad or if all people working on a notepad have the same problem? |

I tried changing the resolution but that did not change the drop-down menus. Have you looked at it on a laptop to see what I am experiencing? We are trying to have multiple users in the office and it won't work this way because I can't complete the client intake from my laptop. Any other suggestions? |

I have tried using 1024X768 (and higher and lower resolutions) and the "apply" button is still not visible. I thought perhaps it is because our list of choices is long, but it does not show up on the VIDEO selection and we only have a few choices there. Any other suggestions? |

I can't print screen or copy because when I click the mouse the "concepts shared" drop-down menu disappears. I also can't post me picture which is at 80 pixels width, on my profile. I have come to the conclusion that it is a problem with my notepad since my son's works fine. I will have my tech look at it. (I always have my resolution at 1680x1050 and it appears to be the same size as my son's which runs at 1024x768. Our monitors are only one inch different in ... |

I have been informed by my IT man that most likely my problem is a javascript issue. The javascript is not compensating my monitor type. I have a Dell Inspiron 8500 with a very wide display. I have tried setting the resolution to 800X600 thru to 1024X768 and nothing seems to make a difference. Symptoms are the same. I will print screen again and try to email it to you. If I do not hear from you I can fax it if I can get your fax number. |

Is there a way to set up the logon screen with a drop down list of optional names for our center so we don't have to type the name each time and can instead just click on it then type the password? |

I know how to print the notes. I print them each time the client comes in but I think it is a waste to print the old notes over and over. It's a waste of ink and paper. Can't I print just the new one? |
