So what happens with the deleted donor number? Is that a file that we pay for?

There are times we need to access files by adress. There have been quite a few times we have mail merged and when the project is done some of the "organization" names don't print and we have no idea who to address them to. Then there are times that we can remember the street name, but not the business name.

We also have a couople of problems when mail merging. When we are doing a mail merge we sort by zip code, but when we print it ... it prints in the order ...

We found that when a client accepts Christ in 2009, but her initial visit was 2008 her salvation statistic will not show up in 2009. We have 3 clients that are not being pulled in the stats that received Christ in 2009, and we noticed that all three were new clients in 2008. Is this fixable?

One solution I have found - since we are apparently having the same problem. The client is off on her dates, so the us shows gestational and yoke saks and she is pregnant, but she doesn't warrant another us from us.

What we have done each year is download the report and "fix" it before we send it off. But.. with that said... I hate having to go in there and "fix" everything by hand... it is just more unnecessary work..

We are getting totally frustrated. We know that so far this year we have had 3 abortion minded positive test clients. We have noted that initial assessment on the pregnancy test page. yet, when we check to make sure the statistics are correct so far it only shows 1. Why is this report not counting all of our stats correctly? What do we need to do to make this right?

We have that information. We can't figure out why it is not telling us the correct information. we know where they take the report from. We've checked that place. We have done 6 ultrasounds (positive clients only) but it says we have only done 4.

We think there may be another issue attached to this. We've had the same problem with it telling us we don't have some clients that were positive test clients that were abortion or vulnerable.

I need to know how much money was actually pledged for the entire walk or banquet, etc so that I can see how we are doing comparatively. I also need to know how much money a walker receives in pledges whether paid or not paid.

I've tried everything, even what you told me to do in that e-mail. I must be daft!!

Under "Pledge" reports: there isn't anything that just says Pledge Report. There are three possibilities, but not that one. There is "Pledge Reminders," "Pledge Statements," and "Pledges. I tried all of those and when you get to the drop down list there is nothing that lets you sort the list by group name.

Ok, thanks! I finally found the listings of who donated, but it doesn't give me a "total" amount for each walker. Is there a way for me to get the total amount pledged and given per walker?

We are seeing a major problem with confidentiality. We are training all our counselors, who often double as receptionists, how to make appointments on the computer. But this means that EVERY volunteer counselor and/or receptionist has access to all the client files whether they are here at the office or from anywhere in the world! We need receptionists to be able to make appointments, etc. How do we solve this problem. I can see where this could be a major fine from HIPPA.

When we know a client will not be coming to the center any longer (Example: they've moved out of town, or had a hysterectomy, or they were an older client who has now gone through metapause) and we are ready to delete their file from the system, the computer will not let you delete a file if there have been any appointments. A red notice will come up saying file cannot be deleted because client is still "referenced by appointments". The only way to delete the file is to go into ...

Is is possible to add a place to put the birthday of the spouse and the date of their wedding anniversary? It would be so nice to be able to access a list every month of birthdays and wedding anniversarys to send cards.

In the south (at least in our area) Church of Christ preachers are offended at the title Pastor. We need to have "Brother" as an available title for them. That is what they want and expect to be called. Please help with this... it is extremely important for us.

I am very frustrated. I have figured out that to add a church I have to go to a drop down list and add them there. No problem. I put in the name of the pastor and it files it as a business, but then it files it under the pastors name! I can't get it to file under the church name. I could take out the pastors name, but that defeats a purpose for me. I need the pastors name filed under the church drop down list so I can send all pastors a letter with their name attached. I have some ...

I believe I keyed in all information for a new appointment correctly. I than went to "resource" and selected the correct time slot for the appointment, (which is 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.) I clicked on that time and "applied" the appointment on the schedule so it would show that time slot as "busy" (and highlight it brown). I clicked save and close and then went back to the "Day View" schedule. The appointment appears correctly on that page. But when I go ...

We created the appointment from 1:30 - 2:30 and selected a resource from 1:30 - 2:30. But it shows up on the Day schedule as 1:30 - 4 for some reason. When you place your mouse over it it say appointment 1:30 - 2:30.
17.Staff - Start Date - and Wedding Anniversary
