Hi Science Lady,
Your post intrigued me. Our Centre also cares more about client contacts than client visits. If I do the same as you and track them under correspondence categories, are you entering every client contact into the correspondence area, or just adding the total number of correspondence contacts (Home, Showers, Phone) to the client visit totals provided elsewhere to get your totals for yoru Board? How can I get a report of the breakdown of the areas within ...
