1. | Re: iPhone App Posted by amyc on 12/29/2014 12:39:04 PM Hi ccpcbanquet,
We don't have a version that is optimized for use on a phone, but you can access your CenterPiece account from your iPhone since Safari is a supported browser. I know we have some centers using it on their tablets/iPads successfully. I assume this would be mainly for scheduling appointments?
Thanks,

2. | Re: Event Contributions Reports Posted by amyc on 11/9/2011 4:30:36 PM Hi mdasher,
Unfulfilled pledges are not included in the Event Contributions by Church Report. Is this the Report you are using?
Thank you,

3. | Re: Google Chrome - Ver 23.0.1271.97 m, a performance feature Posted by amyc on 2/18/2013 8:47:37 AM Hi Keith,
Can you give me an example of this so I can see how it works in Chrome? I'm not sure I'm following you.
Thanks,
Amy |
4. | Re: Google Chrome - Ver 23.0.1271.97 m, a performance feature Posted by amyc on 2/18/2013 2:25:50 PM Hi Keith,
I see what you mean. So when you tab through to the bottom of the screen, if there are more fields below, it brings those to the middle of the screen when you tab through. I suspect this is native to Chrome as I've not seen the other browsers necessarily function this way on any website.
Thanks for the suggestion,
Amy |

Absolutely, I know Brian keeps up with these forums diligently, but I will also bring it up to him at our weekly meeting so we can discuss it. Thanks!

6. | Re: total historical giving by donor Posted by amyc on 6/12/2013 2:50:06 PM Hi adlane,
Is this within a given time frame? You can always use the Batch Receipts report for this function. The field named "Sum of Tax-deductible Amount" can be used by putting in 1 to 1000 to see anyone who has given a total of that amount over a period of time. Let me know if I misunderstood.

7. | Re: total historical giving by donor Posted by amyc on 6/12/2013 3:32:27 PM Perfect! Glad to hear it! |
8. | Re: Date of donation vs. date of entry Posted by amyc on 10/22/2014 11:07:15 AM Hi adcantrell,
Thanks for letting us know what would make the software better for you. How would you see this working? Just adding an additional date field...one for Date of Donation, another for Date Entered? Something to that effect? Would you want additional reporting functions based off of both dates?
Thanks in advance,
Amy |
9. | Re: Donations Posted by amyc on 10/7/2014 2:04:29 PM Hi Susan,
You are right, we don't have a report like that. I think the best way to get that information currently is to compare the Batch Receipts with a wide date range to your Donor Files Report (which includes ALL donors in the database, regardless of if they have ever given). You can combine these reports in Excel and do a count function by file ID number to see which ones are only listed once (which would mean they are only in the Donor Files Report, not in Batch ... |
10. | Re: Donor Management Report - Lapsed Donor Posted by amyc on 5/14/2015 6:10:10 PM Hi Jaye,
I can see what you are attempting, and I honestly don't know what kind of results that will return. My concern is that donor would have had to have given a gift between 2008 and today to show up with the criteria set that way. So even if they didn't give a gift from 86-07, would you want to delete them if they've given since 07?
Just my thoughts.
Have a good weekend! |
11. | Re: Donor Management Report - Lapsed Donor Posted by amyc on 11/12/2012 10:32:52 AM Hi opperman90,
I would recommend running 2 reports to compare: your Donor Files Report, run without any filters, will give you your entire listing of donor files that are in your system. If you compare it to the Batch Receipts, run with a wide date range, you'll be able to see who has and who has not given, and you'll be able to get a list of people who have never given. I hope this helps; Happy Monday!

12. | Re: Emailing from Donor List Posted by amyc on 6/23/2014 1:49:14 PM Hi Gail,
This is on our list, but we don't have an expected release date for it yet. We are currently working on a release specific to donor management that we are finishing up.
Thanks,

13. | Re: Inserting Images into Letters Posted by amyc on 6/10/2011 10:15:50 AM AllisonS-
Thank you for the kind words about our letter section. We are looking forward to really beefing up our donor management section this year in a coming release. I will certainly add the ability to insert images into the letters to the list of features you'd like to see coming. Thank you again for your feedback and have a wonderful day!

14. | Re: TB testing Posted by amyc on 3/11/2013 11:47:23 AM Hi nursenelson,
I am interested to see what people from other centers have to say. I know we did annual TB testing at the center, provided by the center when I was on staff at mine.
Regards,
Amy |
15. | Re: TB testing Posted by amyc on 4/28/2015 1:59:16 PM nursenelson,
Our center tested for all staff members, but that's been a while back. Things may have changed since then.

16. | Re: ultrasound policy Posted by amyc on 1/27/2015 10:22:13 AM I think so, too. Hopefully some other centers will reply here and let us know how they set those policies. |
17. | Re: ultrasound policy Posted by amyc on 1/22/2015 10:28:06 AM Hi nursenelson,
Hopefully some other centers will reply to let you know what their variances are, but I'm sure they do vary based on the type of training they've undergone, whether from NIFLA or another type of training, the recommendations of their medical director, etc.
Does your center have a set limit on that?
Kind Regards,

18. | Re: Seach function for client notes Posted by amyc on 4/16/2015 2:05:05 PM Hi ccpcbanquet,
This is a good example of what you'd want to find in the notes section. I can log this feedback for you, but a suggestion for use as the software stands today would be to put the word "valedictorian" in the keywords section of the file. This is a good field for anything that is an identifier for you all. That way you can actually search by that word or term.
Kind Regards,
Amy |
19. | Re: Spiritual Status Posted by amyc on 3/31/2015 1:55:38 PM Hello hkfisher9,
The Spiritual Status is entered on the Case Form when you're doing data entry into the client file. It isn't associated to each visit, but to the case itself. I hope this helps!

20. | Re: Editing Data Entry Answer Options Posted by amyc on 3/19/2015 2:31:55 PM Hi adcantrell,
Thanks for reaching out to us. You are right, there are some areas where you can't delete options even if you no longer use them, because you would lose the history of older client files that those options are attached to. So you wouldn't want to delete them. I can see the need for an enable/disable option on the question "How did you hear about us?" I will add this feedback to our requests for future updates. I the meantime, I know some centers ... |
21. | Re: Old pledges Posted by amyc on 3/19/2015 1:20:42 PM Hi bpccounselor,
I can see the benefit of a function like this. We also have to be careful when creating functionality by batches just by nature of doing things like this in groups.
Would you be willing to email me at amyc@ekyros.com so that I can attach this feedback right to your file with us and have this detail in there? That would be a great help.
Kind Regards,
Amy |
22. | Re: Old pledges Posted by amyc on 3/5/2014 3:17:48 PM Hi ccpcbanquet,
You can click the "Cancel pledge" check box on any pledge that you want to retire but not delete. This tells the software to stop pulling it up as past due, and to keep the record that it existed but not expect any payment on it. I hope this helps!
Regards,
Amy |
23. | Re: Old pledges Posted by amyc on 3/5/2014 4:39:36 PM Certainly! Have a great day! |
24. | Re: Donor Management Report problem? Posted by amyc on 3/19/2015 9:46:12 AM We're working on this right now Jaye. Thanks for letting us know! |
25. | Re: limited access to PAR client files Posted by amyc on 3/17/2015 1:58:23 PM Hi lisa1703,
Right now we just restrict access by module, so there isn't any additional restriction within the client file as far as viewing information. How would you want this to work if we were to add something of this nature in a future update? Would it be an additional role within Client Management that allowed you to view this information, or would you prefer a separate section for these files?
Thanks in advance for your additional feedback,
