1.Appointment Book - Non-client appts

Is there a way to be able to use the appointment book without assigning the time to a client? For example, it may be helpful to be able to put an appointment in for me (the center Director) to meet with one of our staff mememebers. So if it would be possible to assign the appointment to another staff memeber or to have a general appointment assigned to no one would be very helpful. This way the time is blocked out of my schedule and the front desk can't schedule a client for me or the ...
