1.STI Assessment

Good Afternoon. Love the ultrasound physician sign off form. Makes it much easier and quicker to get the charts signed off by the physician as well as reduces the risk of paperwork being misplaced in transit to and from the medical director. Is there any chance the STI Assessment Form will go "green" so the doctor can sign off just as with the US? Thanks.

Hey Ashleigh. As far as state level goes, I am not sure. I do know it is a requirement for our center.
