1.More language options
Posted by allisons on 11/19/2015 3:46:07 PM
We would like to see more options in the "Primary Language" field in the client intake form. Our city is a major city for refugees. We hear a wide range of minority languages that we have to mark simply as "Other".

We would like the ability to add custom languages to the database (similar to how we can currently add churches to a client form) and pull those statistics in a report. This would help us know which interpreters to have on-call, have interesting ...

4.Inserting Images into Letters

I think your Letter section is wonderful, and it saves me a ton of work with statements and mailings.

I would like to see the ability to insert images into letters, especially scanned signatures. It would save our directors a lot of time if they didn't have to sign each letter individually. I think this would be a great feature for eKyros!
5.Clone/Copy Existing Appts in Scheduler
Posted by allisons on 6/23/2015 2:31:33 PM
Scenario: A client calls to reschedule her appointment. The staff member goes to the Scheduler, marks her old appointment as "Rescheduled," and creates a new appointment at the new time.

Problem: We have to copy/paste appointment information from the old appointment to the new one. The old subject field has to be copied/pasted to the new subject field. The same goes for the comment fields. That requires switching between the two appointment windows at least once, ...
6.Multi-site Centers and PlusLink
Posted by allisons on 10/1/2014 9:07:47 AM
When we log into the Scheduler from any location, will the Scheduler show ALL pending appointments from OptionLine - regardless of which location is receiving the appointment? Or, will it show only the pending appointments for the location that's currently selected in CenterPiece?

Here's the background info: my co-worker logged into the Scheduler this morning from our satellite office. There was a pending appointment from OptionLine. But the appointment was for 2:30, ...

8.Client Reports by Staff/Volunteer
Posted by allisons on 7/10/2013 11:49:36 AM
I need to pull records of saved babies from previous years and sort them by the name of the counselor who saw them. However, I cannot find a way to pull records of clients associated with a particular staff/volunteer.

To rephrase this another way: I want to show our counselors a record of saved baby cases they were involved with. How do I pull this kind of report from CenterPiece?

Wow, I wasn't aware that this feature existed. The Case Status report has been beefed up quite a bit since the last time I used it. I like it!

That was exactly what I needed. Thank you, Amy and Ashleigh, for your help!
10.Monthly Clients Served vs. Client Visit
Posted by AllisonS on 8/19/2011 12:45:02 PM
I'm having trouble understanding the difference between the "Monthly Clients Served Statistics" versus the "Client Visit Statistics" forms.

I'm trying to ascertain the number of visits made to a particular location thus far thus year. If I use the "Monthly Clients Served" form, I will get the number of UNIQUE clients per month, no matter how many times client have been to that location in each month. If I use the "Client Visit ...

Hi Amy,

In the Client Visit Statistics report, I set the following:

Time: Date of Visit
Year: 2011
Location: Our educational facility that I am trying to get the monthly stats for
I leave Columns 2-4 blank.
The box "Show Monthly Totals" is checked.

For the Monthly Clients Served report, I do exactly the same thing as the above. Hope this helps. The following may also be useful:

I just ...

Sorry about that, I realize I was pretty vague; I'm not looking for one specific month. My director wants a spreadsheet for each month in 2011 stating how many clients visited our educational facility in January, how many in February, and so on. She had noticed that when she compared Clients Served for Jan 2011 and deduplicated Client Visits for Jan 2011, the numbers she pulled didn't match, and she asked me to investigate.

I learned something new since my last post: ...
13.Adjusting Pledge Amounts Mid-Year
Posted by AllisonS on 3/31/2011 2:24:18 PM
One of our donors needs to adjust the amount of her monthly pledge. It's been a number of months since our annual banquet, so she's already made some payments on that pledge.

How do I adjust her pledge amount? Do I cancel the current pledge and start a new one with the new amount? I'm concerned that if I edit the existing pledge, it will show that she has not paid the correct amount for the past several months.

15.Moving Sponsors from One Group to Another
Posted by AllisonS on 3/7/2011 2:40:15 PM
My center is preparing for a banquet-style event. We would like to know if it is possible to move move sponsors from one group to another.

For example, we just learned that we have a donor who is going to have her own table, so we set her up under a group named "Table 1," but we don't know yet who is going to be sitting at her table. If those at her table buy their own tickets, we will set them up under a "dummy" table. And if these attendees say, ...
