1.At risk Timeline input
Posted by Abox on 10/28/2009 9:30:29 AM
Thanks for all you do to help us do our jobs better.
I was hoping to get some clarification on the At Risk Timeline.
If a client has a negative PT is it correct to put "Not Applicable" for both after assessment questions (5 and 5b) on the Pregnancy Test form? I have been doing this and see that the At Risk Timeline will not record a assessment for stage 2. What would be the right way to record a negative test client on the At Risk Timeline and on PT form? Thanks for ...
2.New Sonogram Form
Posted by Abox on 4/22/2009 1:13:31 PM
Blessings to you all!! I am having a problem with the new Sonogram form. The system is not accepting anything I put in question 4 #weeks pregnant. This is the first form I have done. I have tried all variations of ( 9ww, 9 ww, #9). The system will say "invalid numerical number" or " ...must be greater than 0". I am not sure if this is just a problem with the form or user error. Help. Thanks so much for everything. Abox

5.Re: Client Intake Form and Ekyros Notes by Counselor

I just want to encourage you to keep praying about where God wants you to go as a Center. We had a simular experience here at our Center. I have to say we all had to sift through the fear. If we operate with fear our clients do not receive what is best for them nor do they receive what God has planned. With that said it is a good idea for all staff members to go through NIFLA policy. All Staff who are involved in the Medical part need to know what NIFLA is saying. Plus our center and I ...

11.Neg PT assesments
Posted by Abox on 3/24/2008 9:23:16 AM
I am wondering what would be the most appropriate assesment of our Neg PT clients AFTER intial visit intentions. In the past we have classified all Neg PT AFTER intial visits intentions as unknown. This does not seem the most accurate to me. I am thinking that we would still asses them even with a neg. PT. Does this sound about right? And what would be a situation where you would use the "unknown" or "Not Applipcable" with assesments of PT clients AFTER intial visit ...
12.Changed minds

Hello and Thank you for all you do!
We are pulling year end statistics and I have a question about a specific statistic. Here goes... If a client comes in and is initially assesed as AV or AB, then later comes back for x number of appointments and changes her mind. How do I get statistics that would tell me changed mind not just on the initial visit(or pregnancy test intake).
Say we had 5 clients coming in who were initially assesed as AV or AB, 3 of them came back to ...

Thank you Sarah for your quick response. Most appreciated. I am wondering if I can contact you by phone? I have some questions relating to statistics and I think it would be easier to talk to you. 14.Statistics

First of all THANK YOU for all the hard work you all do at EKYROS. I love this system.
I have a question about the materials statistics. Specifically the Audio, Video, and Lit. Statistic. I have used this statistic this year and for last year. It is now telling me that there is no data available. I am not sure why it is saying this now. Just want to know why it isn't recording the data. I am recording data in the Indivdual Education, under lit. and Video. Thanks for ...

This is the same thing that we would like to do at our center. I wasn't quite sure how to explain it clearly. This would be helpful for us to figure out what classes are being used and what ones are not being used. Thanks.
17.Class lesson statistics
Posted by Abox on 9/13/2006 11:41:41 AM
I am just responding back to your quick response. I had asked about getting a statistic of lessons being taught, how many times volunteers are using specific lessons, etc. We are trying to review our lessons and find out what ones are being used the most and what ones we could get rid of, etc. We have always kept track of this in the past. I just wondered if there was a possible way to do this.
Thanks again for your quick response. The system is working great, and I love it. ...
18.class listings statistics
Posted by Abox on 9/12/2006 2:13:35 PM
Hello, First Let me say Thank you ekyros for all your help.
I have a question about the getting statistics for each class that is completed by clients. Clients here see volunteers on a one-to-one basis. We have about 90 classes clients can choose from. Our volunteers will create a individual class plan with clients that best suits their needs. My question is how can we keep track of what classes are being done. Our classes are listed in the Individual Education section on the ...
