Add Text Reminder to client intake form Posted: 03 Mar 2016 04:09 PM |
Hi
We love the text reminder feature, thank you! Right now, every time we make an appointment for a existing client (for weekly parenting classes), we have to look at the client intake form to see if the text box is marked on the "Is it OK to contact this person?" field. Then we go back to the appointment form and click the "Client consents to text reminders" box.
Can you make the "text" check box active OR add a " I accept text reminders" active box to the client intake form that pulls this info and auto populates it into the appointment form. that would sure save us some time and eliminate errors.

It's great to hear you all are enjoying the text reminder feature! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us. We do have the request to auto-populate "Client consents to text reminders" based on the OK to contact: Text check box from the client's general file-- on the feature request list to be considered for implementation in a future release. I could agree more that this would streamline the process!
