On the time cards can you please add a time in and time out field which calculates to a total time field for the day. We use excel to calculate our staff and volunteers time card. We have a time in and time out field and then a formula to calculate total time. To keep the report in ekyros we then need to reduplicate the total time info and its just not worth the time or effort. Thanks |

Hi Amy,
At this time, we only plan to support entering the total number of hours on the time card versus a start and end time. This is based on feedback from many centers during initial development. It also makes data entry quicker. That said, we will be happy to consider your request in the future if we hear from more customers with the same needs. But to date, you are the first. Thanks, |
