Statistical report Posted: 17 Feb 2009 01:35 PM |
After the initial visit, how do you update the "date client accepted Jesus" so that it comes up with an accurate number on the "CENTER STATISTICAL REPORT"? We've edited the information on the "case visit" but it doesn't change the number in the "Center statistical report" when it is entered after the initial visit date, even when we check back after 24 hrs. |

Hi there,
Just wanted to clarify this a little bit for you. Currently, this is tracked by the date on the Case Form (found at the top left of the form). For example, lets say Jane Doe makes a profession of faith at your center. In order for this to be counted in your stats, on the Case Form question "What is the Client's Spiritual Status?" you must mark "Profession of Faith." Statistically, this client's profession of faith will be counted in the month that the CASE FORM is dated (not the date it actually happened on, if different). To view this statistic, run the Client Case Statistic, using the measure of "Spiritual Status." I hope this all makes sense.
I want to also tell you that our team is currently reviewing the way in which this statistic is tracked, and we may be changing this in a future enhancement. We will definitely keep you posted and we're always open to hearing your feedback!
Blessings,
Sarah |
