| We have two locations and both staff people would like to access the forum to post questions. How do I create a second user ID with the same email? |

Hi Celeste,
Each user in the forums must have their own unique email alias. In other words, you cannot share an email alias among two users. if the other user does not have an email alias, they can get one free msn email by going to the following link:
https://accountservices.passport.net/reg.srf?id=2&sl=1&lc=1033
it's important to have your own email because when someone replies to one of your posts in the forums, the forums automatically notifies you by sending you an email. that way you don't have to keep checking here to see if somone has answered your post.

| On eKYROS.com go to the "PRC Discussions" tab and click on the "Profile" link. It will take you right to your user / contact information. there you will be able to change your email. |
