Hi Angie, As a popular alternative, without a ReminderCall account you can let clients know when they arrive that you have the ability for them to check-in and complete their paperwork from "their own mobile device" (even your walk-ins). Staff/Volunteer files should have their status changed on the file to "inactive" when someone leaves your service. The reason I ask is you can map receipt comments when you download each batch and we pull the "walkers name" into the comments line for each donation. Hi optionsnj, The top portion of the statement is preformatted for a standard #9 double window envelope, However, once you export your statements to MSWord you can set "Custom Margins" and just adjust your top margin only to increase the distance from the top. You might have to print a couple tests of page 1 until you get it to fit perfect for your specific envelope. This will allow you to use up the stock of what you have. Hi BHershey, There isn't a way to be automatically alerted when a donation is added which results in one of your Donors reaching one or your giving milestones (interesting idea though) but there is a fairly easy way you could monitor this monthly. Hi Merrym, We do support recurring appointments for Group Classes when you create them through the group class roster. They show up within the Office/Calendar. But if you need to schedule a single client recurring appointments through the scheduler directly (such as for Individual education), you do need to create each appointment for each scheduled day.
