Re: formatting batch receipt letters 3/12/2019 11:04:26 AM   (Total replies: 0)
Hi optionsnj, The top portion of the statement is preformatted for a standard #9 double window envelope, However, once you export your statements to MSWord you can set "Custom Margins" and just adjust your top margin only to increase the distance from the top. You might have to print a couple tests of page 1 until you get it to fit perfect for your specific envelope. This will allow you to use up the stock of what you have. We did recently remove some spacing (two lines or a "carriage ...

Re: total historical giving by donor 1/8/2019 4:45:36 PM   (Total replies: 0)
Hi BHershey, There isn't a way to be automatically alerted when a donation is added which results in one of your Donors reaching one or your giving milestones (interesting idea though) but there is a fairly easy way you could monitor this monthly. Here's an idea of one way I would locate these Donors on a monthly basis: Run your Batch Receipt Report with the date range set to 1/1/2007-today (as you indicated that is how far back your donor giving goes). Use the sum of tax deductible ...

Re: Partner Information Report 11/27/2018 11:04:25 AM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi abuckner, Thank you for posting your question to the forum. Q #54 on the CareNet affiliate renewal statistical report breaks out the relationship to the father of the baby (from the Partner information section of the case form) for all positive pregnancy cases in which the client was initially assessed as being "at risk".(those pregnant clients who were assessed as abortion-minded or abortion vulnerable). This includes the ability to drill down on each numbered response based on their ...

If you reach out to your designated free Account Manager, she can gather the details and specifics of what you were wanting to report on. She can then document and submit to our development team for consideration. (Sounds like you might just need her to request some additional demographics added to the Client Case Statistics demographic dropdown list). This also gives you a contact to follow up with on your request. If you are unsure of who you designated person is, you can either post back ...

Hi KathyE, Happy Monday! Wonderful to hear you are utilizing our training tutorials! All of our training tutorials have audio. We did post one May 2017 new release video in which the audio was disabled as it was produced to show at the HeartBeat conference at our booth last last year. However, all training videos do include sound. Feel free to give us a call if we can be of additional assistance. Blessings, Kris Paul 469-293-3079

Re: recurring clients 12/14/2016 3:49:49 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi Merrym, We do support recurring appointments for Group Classes when you create them through the group class roster. They show up within the Office/Calendar. But if you need to schedule a single client recurring appointments through the scheduler directly (such as for Individual education), you do need to create each appointment for each scheduled day. Conflicts can arise when trying to schedule recurring appointments via a scheduler that are tied to resources. However, we have ...

Hi abuckner, Nice to hear from you! We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share some of your suggestions. We too are busy working away on enhancements to help make your "paperless" office goals easier. :) 1. "Auditable events" as determined by the HHS are those pertaining to the Client's actual file/chart. However, I love that you are making use of the "properties" tab within an appointment and I will share your comments with our development team and see if there is a ...

Hi joneski, All Client's who are actual pregnancy cases and thus "do have an actual due date" that needs to be tracked in the system for follow up is entered into the system by using the Pregnancy Test form. Regardless of how late in the pregnancy, if you are providing support services during this time you can enter a "POP" (Proof of Pregnancy) positive test form which indicates that "this test was not administered here at the center" but allows their due date to pull into reporting such as ...

Re: Health History Report 1/29/2018 5:57:31 PM   (Total replies: 0)
Hi Amanda, Thank you for posting to the forum. Some of the questions from the Health History do already pull into statistics (many of the questions that previously existed in the software and were moved last summer to this new form). There will also be new statistics coming in the future that are tracked on the Health History. You can run Client Case Statistics by the demographic of 'BeenTestedForSTDs' to get statistics on those who have and have not previously been tested. The question ...

Hi Rita, Thank you for submitting your question to the forums. You are able to upload a copy of any Well-Woman encounter form or ACOG form that your clinic is using for your exams into the Client's documents tab. You can name it "Wellness form" or "Well-Woman Form", etc. and date it to the encounter date, and tie it to the case. We are even considering enhancing the Medical Tab view to include a listing at the bottom of uploaded Documents. Your question about adding it as a concept shared ...
