How would you recommend using the category (home visits) in the correspondence form? Would this apply to off-site visits? We have an opportunity to visit a client off site. Thanks, Gina

Client Photo ID 10/26/2009 5:18:08 PM   (Total replies: 2)
Soon our Center will be requiring a copy of our Client's drivers license. Would it be possible in the future to scan a photo or down load a photo and attach it to the Client's eKYROS "Client File"? Thanks, Gina

We have 3 STD Consultations; STD#1 Consultation-Center 2 (Satellite) and referred to Center1 for collection. (new visit type) STD#2 Collection-Center1 (new/return visit type?) STD#3 Results-Center1 (return visit type) On the Case Visit Form / Visit Type for Center 1 would Client still be considered NEW? When charting this Client I choose New but would like confirmation. Thanks, Gina

Thank you, I did read this after the first question I posed. I think I am looking for the most efficient/quickest way to chart only what is asked of us in reports. Thanks for your thoughts. Gina

Care-Net report asks for statistics concerning the "Number of clients who received one-on-one abstinence counseling" what are the best options for tracking this information? We are currently tracking through the Inividual Education form. Your thoughts are most appreciated Gina T
