Hi ccpcbanquet, Can you help us understand what workflows you would like the iPhone app to support? Due to the small form factor, it is tough to get all of CenterPiece working on a phone. However, we are open to supporting certain scenarios that make sense. Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Angie! Our goal is to continue to enhance CenterPiece so that viewing information works well on a iPhone. We do have plans to enhance the view of client, donor and staff files. This is an ongoing work in progress. Just keep in mind, due to small form factor, iPhone will never give you a great *data entry* experience that you get today when using tablet, laptop of desktop. It's just a trade-off. Hope that makes sense.

Unfortunately we have no knowledge of your email system and therefore cannot help you. You'll need to contact for support. They should be able to provide you with everything you need As an alternative, we recommend you setup a SendGrid email account. This is the easiest way to add email integration in CenterPiece.

Glad Mobile Intake is working well for you. However, I'm not sure i understand your question. Why do clients need their file numbers? This number identifies an individual in your system and is considered PHI. You shouldn't sent or share PHI over unencrypted communication like SMS Text.

Yes, it will be part of the CareNet 2021 Report to be released on Monday. (new question #28) We're also working on a pretty large statistics update that we hope to release towards the end of the month. It will be included as a new Demographic measure in the Case Visit Statistics. Hope that helps. Thanks for your patience while we work on the updates!

all unsigned sonograms aren't submitted for review until you attached scans and/or a machine report (pdf). all signed sonograms are displayed under the Medical tab of the client's chart. you can also download the reports under the Signed tab of the Physician Sign-off page. if you need additional assistance please call us. our number is at the top of our web site. i'm also including it here: 469-293-3079. It appears you're hitting the enter key to apply the filter. Try clicking the Refresh button with the mouse. let me know if that works. It appears there is a small bug on the search screen where the default button is the delete key on the first record in the grid.

Hi Laura, It's best to call us and give us more details. We can also lookup the name(s) in your database to ensure there are no spaces. We have seen issues where there is an apostrophe in the client's name and the default character on iPhone is different than the character on windows and android devices. Any chance they have an apostrophe in their name? Please call us for more details.
