Hi Chris, During billing we count the number of files you have in your database regardless of file ID. For example, if your center had the following files in your database (notice the gap between 1000 and 2001), your database size is 3 because you have 3 physical records...*not* 2002. Hi memrie, The pause / playback buttons on all browsers we tested with are displayed at the bottom of the video. We support all major modern browsers including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari (on mac, tablet, phone). What browser are you using? Each browser has it's on inline video player. I would use Firefox over Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) as IE is not as up to date with current browser standards. I also replayed cine loops with Chrome, and noticed if you move the mouse off the video, the play/pause button will eventually fade away. Hope that helps!

Also, please confirm you are using the eGivingNCS connector.

When setting up the connector for the NEW eGiving account, you need to register with the connector name "eGivingNCS". Using the old connector called "eGiving" will not work with your new migrated account.

The system won't let you delete the old eGiving connector if any transactions have been downloaded. For now, just leave it and remember to use the new one. In the future, we might add a "disabled' flag you can set so it won't show up in the download screen. Hope that makes sense.
