Hi memrie, The pause / playback buttons on all browsers we tested with are displayed at the bottom of the video. We support all major modern browsers including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari (on mac, tablet, phone). What browser are you using? Each browser has it's on inline video player. I would use Firefox over Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) as IE is not as up to date with current browser standards. I also replayed cine loops with Chrome, and noticed if you move the mouse off the video, the play/pause button will eventually fade away. Hope that helps!

Hi HeatherSmith, Check the audit tab under the client file. Any changes to the activity forms (and client file) will show there. Also, feel free to give us a call next week. We'd be happy to look into the issue with you. But I can tell you nothing has changed in the software that would cause you to lose your staff info associated to the client forms...

Hello NurseNelson! Try running the Case Status report and sort by Case# in descending order. (Click the case# column). All clients with Case Number > 1 have multiple cases. You can also export to excel to de-duplicate the list. If you're not sure how to do that, please call your account manager. They call walk you through that step. Hope that helps!

Sorry for the delay, but we've made several enhancements based on customer feedback over the last 2-3 months. Also, please confirm you are using the eGivingNCS connector.

When setting up the connector for the NEW eGiving account, you need to register with the connector name "eGivingNCS". Using the old connector called "eGiving" will not work with your new migrated account.
