Hello Idagrn, It's wonderful to hear from you, I hope you had a great 3 day weekend! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. When you are gathering her Health History, at the beginning of the appointment, and her Gravida up unto that point-- you do not yet know (for a pregnancy test) what the result is this would be PRIOR pregnancies. If she were to return for a sonogram the following week you absolutely could increment that by 1 to include the positive test as you now ...

Hello Melbourne_Director, Thank you for taking the time to reach out and share your feedback, it is much appreciated! I couldn't agree more, I think adding File ID would be a great help and love how you are using it to communicate details with your Ultrasound Director. You are absolutely right, you never want to share patient details via text or email as they are not secure methods of communication. I am excited to see this feature integrated, thanks again for sharing your ...

Hi Karen Jones, It's great to hear from you, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and your sweet encouragement! I will address each item below. If you have further questions I encourage you to reach out to your Account Manager directly. LMP: Currently you are able to leave LMP blank and in your chart note you can specify whether it is an estimate or not. How would knowing this date was estimated assist you? Birth Control: If you do not check a box the it is ...

Re: Changing a case number 6/29/2018 10:02:07 AM   (Total replies: 0)
Hi CindyR, It's great to hear from you! The system automatically numbers the cases in sequential order, as they are added to the system. You cannot change the number of a case or File ID, if the cases are 002 and 003 it is because there originally was a case 001 that was actually deleted at some point. You cannot change the number of the case and would have to delete all activity and cases and re-enter (you would not have to delete the File itself). It does not affect statistics as it only ...

Re: tracking donor trends 1/8/2019 5:56:51 PM   (Total replies: 0)
Hello BHershey, Thank you for taking the time to stop and share your feedback and questions! You can easily pull the Lapsed Donor Report which looks at giving for a period compared to another period, for example those who gave in 2017 but not in 2018. There is however not a single report that will show increased/decreased by event.

Re: Receipting 2/14/2019 6:59:19 PM   (Total replies: 0)
Hello AmyM, It's great to hear from you! You do need ALL donors to be in one category or another in order to properly complete the task you are trying. All donors would need to be in either Monthly Paper Receipts, Yearly Paper Receipts, Monthly Email Receipts, or Yearly Email Receipts. My suggestion would be to put ALL donors in "Monthly Paper Receipts" unless they specify yearly or email options. Does that make sense? Blessings, Ashleigh Guilmette 8)

Re: Want to print WALK donation statements with more info than I see possible! 3/28/2019 11:28:55 AM   (Total replies: 0)
Hi JVanture!!! Thank you for reaching out to us. Another possible option would be to run the Donations Report, for your specific event, and then view as a letter. This would allow you to create your own statement or letter and insert the mail merge field of "Group Name" and "Group Captain" if you have created groups within the event. Does that make sense? Again, you would have to create your own statement or just setup as a letter. Blessings, Ashleigh

Re: recurring clients 10/1/2018 11:25:59 AM   (Total replies: 0)
Hello KathyE, You are correct, a new case should not be entered for EACH visit. You only enter a new case for each new potential pregnancy-- so each pregnancy test visit would be a new case, unless it is the same LMP and is a retest. A case is a support cycle, so for a potential new pregnancy (pregnancy test visit) you would add a case, if the test is positive and they return for parenting/prenatal classes that would be part of the same case/support cycle and would be visits under that same ...
