Hi Pam, It's great to hear from you, thank you for taking the time to reach out. Do you currently utilize the "Deposit Number" field on the Donation form so you are able to group or see which donations go to which deposits? A great report to run would be the Donations by Designation Report which allows you to pull by a date range and see a total. Another option within this report is to pull by Deposit Number so you are able to see all donations for JUST that ...

Hello Abuckner, It's great to hear from you, I hope you had a GREAT weekend! The phone number and "Client consents to text reminders" pulls down from the file at the time you link it, it is not an open-ended conversation between the file and appointment form. If you update the phone number or consent preference after the link has happened it will not automatically update the appointment form. Blessings, Ashleigh

Hello Abuckner, Yes, it has always processed in this way. It is referencing the general file at the time you link to the client file however it does not post back and call for information constantly as it is a different form. I can add this to the feature request list to be considered however I am unsure if this is possible. Embers- You are correct in the fact that at this point, there is no way to automatically fill out a "Correspondence" form when mail is sent to a donor. By marking a category "Monthly" and "Newsletter" this will give you an idea of how often mail is sent to them and what mailings they are included in as of right now. Hello PamW, Thank you for reaching out! You are correct, the Designation is meant to map to your Item List which talks to your Chart of Accounts and translates into your P&L and other QuickBooks reports. If you have all donations going to "Operating" Designation that is where everything will funnel into. Hello Angie, Yes, to add to what Brian stated you do not want to use a QR Code so you are able to stay in Kiosk mode protecting your device and its data. You would be able to, however, provide them the Access Code on a sticky note for example and they would enter that into the Mobile Intake App while in Kiosk mode. Hello Adcantrell, It's great to hear from you, I am so happy you are utilizing our most recent update! Once the data has been entered and saved to their file you do not have the option for a full print of forms but instead a "File Summary Report" as it is meant to be an electronic medical record (EMR) and not a full file download. with that said it does include the most pertinent information.
