Mobile Intake - Printing Client Forms 7/24/2019 4:42:46 PM   (Total replies: 2)
Still trying to figure out this new mobile intake process. We still use a paper file so you can see their info even if you can't quickly pull up their online file. I had a client fill out the mobile intake and return her forms. I wanted to print them for the pregnancy decision coach to use in the counseling room. I saw where you could save and print, but it did not show it as if she had just filled out the forms. I tried to open the forms to print, but it only showed it as a pop up box on ...

Thank you both for your responses. If there is a way to make it possible to print the forms off, that would be great for those of us who are not yet ready to go paperless, but want to incorporate the mobile options. I tried to use the mobile intake on our Ipad to review the questions with the client to fill in any missed questions, but the screen was cut off and I could not see the full screen. I could see everything on the computer screen, but not on the ipad. I suppose we could use a ...

No, I was using safari and went in that way using the qr code. That may have been the problem. I think I also went out from there and logged in ekyros to see her file.

Mobile Intake on Site 7/15/2019 7:31:35 PM   (Total replies: 3)
I am trying to figure out the mobile intake and have watched the videos. I see how we can send the forms to them to fill out and submit back. We do not subscribe to the SMS text reminders at this point. For the client to enter the intake forms using our tablet in the waiting area, it looks like we will need to fill out the request, but then scan the qr code with our tablet to open the forms for them to fill out. Is this correct? Any issues with doing it this way?

Thank you for the clarification as we are trying to incorporate this at our center. I would like to give them our tablet since it would be a larger device for reading and i think it would feel more professional than asking them for their phone. I will read more about the kiosk mode and security with our device. Thanks so much! You guys are always so quick to respond and through with your answers to our questions. Looking forward to using the mobile check in to save time for our volunteers with ...

Thanks to the user guide, I was able to figure out how to download the Kiosk Mode app as well as set the mobile intake app and use it in the kiosk mode. I have had some issues with the access codes not wanting to work (it is most likely user error). It would be nice if there was a way to use the qr code on the mobile intake since it is easier to use and you can avoid most user error issues.. LOL. Is there a limit on the number of times you can enter the code or is it invalid once the ...

Thanks for explaining how that works!

Finding stat on total individual clients served 6/14/2018 2:41:07 PM   (Total replies: 1)
I am trying to find a stat on the total number of individual clients that we have served from July 2017-June 2018. I have tried the monthly client report but the clients duplicate for the next month. I'm not just looking for new clients either - so its not just a matter of new cases or new clients. Just how many individual clients have we served during a specific time. Right now the best thing I know to do is pull the monthly report and just delete the duplicates, but this will be time ...

Thanks so much! I thought there was a report like that, but I was looking under statistics and not reports. Thanks again!

Re: Problem with Online Giving Connector 5/31/2018 10:50:55 AM   (Total replies: 0)
I was having an issue as well getting the online donations from egiving to download after they updated their site. I found out that I had to select egivingNCS, but then I could not figure out what username they wanted. When I entered the Partner Code (from egiving) where it asked for the username, it worked.
