1.Re: deleting donors
Posted by brianp on 12/1/2005 6:05:17 PM
Hi Rose,

No it does not. When you add a new donor, the system just automatically increments the file ID.

Hi Chris,

During billing we count the number of files you have in your database regardless of file ID. For example, if your center had the following files in your database (notice the gap between 1000 and 2001), your database size is 3 because you have 3 physical records...*not* 2002.

FileID, FirstName, LastName...
------------------------------------------------
1000, Susie, Smith
2001, Sally, Jones
2002, Cindy, James

5.Re: cine loop feature on sonogram
Posted by brianp on 9/17/2018 12:28:53 PM
Hi memrie,

The pause / playback buttons on all browsers we tested with are displayed at the bottom of the video. We support all major modern browsers including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari (on mac, tablet, phone). What browser are you using? Each browser has it's on inline video player. I suggest you try using a different browser and see if it that helps.

If you still have issues, we might need more details including a screenshot ...

I would use Firefox over Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) as IE is not as up to date with current browser standards. I also replayed cine loops with Chrome, and noticed if you move the mouse off the video, the play/pause button will eventually fade away. Hope that helps!

9.Re: Donor Management Report Summaries
Posted by brianp on 1/22/2005 8:18:57 AM
Hi Tracy,

In a future version, we will be adding a Donations statistics report that will show donation totals by event and by month. You will also be able to drill down on the monthly totals to view donor details. Drill down will work similar to the statistics in Client Management. Does this sound like it is what you need?

For now, try exporting the results from the Donations report to excel and sum on the amount column to get a total for the period you ...

thanks for the great explanation. i really appreciate it!

we will look into enhancing the statistics so you can "drill-down" on the month column in the statistics to view the weekly and daily totals. i can't commit on a release date, by just want you to know it is something we are working on.

thanks. again!
11.Re: Missing Staff/Volunteer names under activity
Posted by brianp on 4/20/2019 1:46:08 PM
Hi HeatherSmith,

Check the audit tab under the client file. Any changes to the activity forms (and client file) will show there. Also, feel free to give us a call next week. We'd be happy to look into the issue with you. But I can tell you nothing has changed in the software that would cause you to lose your staff info associated to the client forms...
12.Re: case stats/reports
Posted by brianp on 6/13/2019 11:42:22 AM
Hello NurseNelson!

Try running the Case Status report and sort by Case# in descending order. (Click the case# column). All clients with Case Number > 1 have multiple cases.

You can also export to excel to de-duplicate the list. If you're not sure how to do that, please call your account manager. They call walk you through that step.

Hope that helps!

Posted by brianp on 5/14/2019 12:02:59 PM
Hello Monicamh,

Yes, you should see an announcement regarding a release date within the next week or two. Sorry for the delay, but we've made several enhancements based on customer feedback over the last 2-3 months. Including the ability to customize intake forms by removing questions and making other question required. If you'd like to get an early preview, give us a call. We'd be happy to do a demo. Thanks!

I believe we posted a fix for this issue a few days ago. Are you still getting the error today?
15.Re: Problem with Online Giving Connector
Posted by brianp on 5/17/2018 8:57:35 AM
Also, please confirm you are using the eGivingNCS connector.
16.Re: Problem with Online Giving Connector
Posted by brianp on 5/17/2018 9:07:53 AM
When setting up the connector for the NEW eGiving account, you need to register with the connector name "eGivingNCS". Using the old connector called "eGiving" will not work with your new migrated account.

18.Re: Problem with Online Giving Connector

The system won't let you delete the old eGiving connector if any transactions have been downloaded. For now, just leave it and remember to use the new one. In the future, we might add a "disabled' flag you can set so it won't show up in the download screen. Hope that makes sense.

21.Re: Client Reports
Posted by brianp on 8/10/2017 2:50:19 PM
In addition to Ashleigh's great recommendation, you can also run Client Visit Statistics (under Client Management/Statistics). There you can drill down on a total and check the box "show contact information" and export to excel.

Hope that helps!
22.Re: client visit statistics
Posted by brianp on 9/11/2017 3:33:22 PM
Hi Maria,

Nothing changed with the actual count of client visits. The visit type (new/return) has always been calculated when we load the visit stats for years, so nothing has changed there either. In the last update, we just removed the visit type field from the visit form, because it wasn't being used. If you still feel like numbers aren't quite right, please give us a call (or contact your account manager). We'd be happy to go over the numbers with you. ...

Kiosk mode requires an additional level of security on the tablet (since it's shared). You should *not* use qr code. Please see the "About Mobile Intake Application" in the online help for details using kiosk mode. Hope that helps!
24.Re: Mobile Intake - Printing Client Forms
Posted by brianp on 7/24/2019 6:11:29 PM
Dear adcantrell,

The primary goal of the mobile forms is to help you go paperless. Once the forms are returned, you review the data in the Quick Form by clicking the "Start Intake" button (don't forget to select a case to apply the forms to).

So your workflow should be...

1-Center send forms to client
2-Client completes and returns forms via Mobile Intake application.
3-Under Office/Mobile Intake inbox, expand row ...
