It's great to hear from you, thank you for taking the time to reach out. Do you currently utilize the "Deposit Number" field on the Donation form so you are able to group or see which donations go to which deposits?

A great report to run would be the Donations by Designation Report which allows you to pull by a date range and see a total. Another option within this report is to pull by Deposit Number so you are able to see all donations for JUST ...

It's great to hear from you, I hope you had a GREAT weekend! The phone number and "Client consents to text reminders" pulls down from the file at the time you link it, it is not an open-ended conversation between the file and appointment form. If you update the phone number or consent preference after the link has happened it will not automatically update the appointment form.

Yes, it has always processed in this way. It is referencing the general file at the time you link to the client file however it does not post back and call for information constantly as it is a different form. I can add this to the feature request list to be considered however I am unsure if this is possible. It's great to hear from you! The system automatically numbers the cases in sequential order, as they are added to the system. You cannot change the number of a case or File ID, if the cases are 002 and 003 it is because there originally was a case 001 that was actually deleted at some point. You cannot change the number of the case and would have to delete all activity and cases and re-enter (you would not have to delete the File itself). It does not affect statistics ...

Thank you for taking the time to stop and share your feedback and questions! You can easily pull the Lapsed Donor Report which looks at giving for a period compared to another period, for example those who gave in 2017 but not in 2018. There is however not a single report that will show increased/decreased by event.

It's great to hear from you! You do need ALL donors to be in one category or another in order to properly complete the task you are trying. All donors would need to be in either Monthly Paper Receipts, Yearly Paper Receipts, Monthly Email Receipts, or Yearly Email Receipts. My suggestion would be to put ALL donors in "Monthly Paper Receipts" unless they specify yearly or email options. Does that make sense?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Another possible option would be to run the Donations Report, for your specific event, and then view as a letter. This would allow you to create your own statement or letter and insert the mail merge field of "Group Name" and "Group Captain" if you have created groups within the event. Does that make sense?

Again, you would have to create your own statement or just setup as a letter.

It's great to hear from you! My suggestion would be to run the Batch Receipts Report-- you can enter a date range and it will give you total giving for each donor. In the upper left corner you can select "View as: List" in the drop down and this will display the donor details (name, address, donations received, total amount etc) If you would like a total for each year, you can run the report for 1 year at a time versus 1/1/2010-current. Embers-

You are correct in the fact that at this point, there is no way to automatically fill out a "Correspondence" form when mail is sent to a donor.

By marking a category "Monthly" and "Newsletter" this will give you an idea of how often mail is sent to them and what mailings they are included in as of right now. I will forward this suggestion on to our development team to possibly incorporate in a future release.

Thank you for reaching out! You are correct, the Designation is meant to map to your Item List which talks to your Chart of Accounts and translates into your P&L and other QuickBooks reports. If you have all donations going to "Operating" Designation that is where everything will funnel into. If you want to break them up to "Banquet" "Business" "General" etc. then they would funnel out that way. Give your Account Manager a call ...

Yes, to add to what Brian stated you do not want to use a QR Code so you are able to stay in Kiosk mode protecting your device and its data. You would be able to, however, provide them the Access Code on a sticky note for example and they would enter that into the Mobile Intake App while in Kiosk mode. It's great to hear from you, I am so happy you are utilizing our most recent update! Once the data has been entered and saved to their file you do not have the option for a full print of forms but instead a "File Summary Report" as it is meant to be an electronic medical record (EMR) and not a full file download. with that said it does include the most pertinent information.

It's great to hear from you! If you login to CenterPiece and go to Statistics, you will click on Referrals Given Statistic, left hand side select your date range and for the demographic select "Referral type" this will detail what referral was received and by how many. You can always click on the number to get the list of clients that make up that number.

For some reason the image is turned on iPhone and iPad however if you put the phone landscape (sideways) with the camera lens on the right it will crop and save accurately. Please let us know if you have any other questions, have a GREAT day!

You are correct, a new case should not be entered for EACH visit. You only enter a new case for each new potential pregnancy-- so each pregnancy test visit would be a new case, unless it is the same LMP and is a retest. A case is a support cycle, so for a potential new pregnancy (pregnancy test visit) you would add a case, if the test is positive and they return for parenting/prenatal classes that would be part of the same case/support cycle and would be visits under ...
