Hi adlane,

Is this within a given time frame? You can always use the Batch Receipts report for this function. The field named "Sum of Tax-deductible Amount" can be used by putting in 1 to 1000 to see anyone who has given a total of that amount over a period of time. Let me know if I misunderstood.

Hi adcantrell,

Thanks for letting us know what would make the software better for you. How would you see this working? Just adding an additional date field...one for Date of Donation, another for Date Entered? Something to that effect? Would you want additional reporting functions based off of both dates?

Hi Susan,

You are right, we don't have a report like that. I think the best way to get that information currently is to compare the Batch Receipts with a wide date range to your Donor Files Report (which includes ALL donors in the database, regardless of if they have ever given). You can combine these reports in Excel and do a count function by file ID number to see which ones are only listed once (which would mean they are only in the Donor Files Report, not in Batch ...

Hi Jaye,

I can see what you are attempting, and I honestly don't know what kind of results that will return. My concern is that donor would have had to have given a gift between 2008 and today to show up with the criteria set that way. So even if they didn't give a gift from 86-07, would you want to delete them if they've given since 07?

Just my thoughts.

Hi opperman90,

I would recommend running 2 reports to compare: your Donor Files Report, run without any filters, will give you your entire listing of donor files that are in your system. If you compare it to the Batch Receipts, run with a wide date range, you'll be able to see who has and who has not given, and you'll be able to get a list of people who have never given. Our center tested for all staff members, but that's been a while back. Things may have changed since then.

Hopefully some other centers will reply to let you know what their variances are, but I'm sure they do vary based on the type of training they've undergone, whether from NIFLA or another type of training, the recommendations of their medical director, etc.

Does your center have a set limit on that?

Hi ccpcbanquet,

This is a good example of what you'd want to find in the notes section. I can log this feedback for you, but a suggestion for use as the software stands today would be to put the word "valedictorian" in the keywords section of the file. This is a good field for anything that is an identifier for you all. That way you can actually search by that word or term.

The Spiritual Status is entered on the Case Form when you're doing data entry into the client file. It isn't associated to each visit, but to the case itself. I hope this helps!

Thanks for reaching out to us. You are right, there are some areas where you can't delete options even if you no longer use them, because you would lose the history of older client files that those options are attached to. So you wouldn't want to delete them. I can see the need for an enable/disable option on the question "How did you hear about us?" I will add this feedback to our requests for future updates. I the meantime, I know some centers ...

I can see the benefit of a function like this. We also have to be careful when creating functionality by batches just by nature of doing things like this in groups.

Hi ccpcbanquet,

You can click the "Cancel pledge" check box on any pledge that you want to retire but not delete. This tells the software to stop pulling it up as past due, and to keep the record that it existed but not expect any payment on it. I hope this helps!

Right now we just restrict access by module, so there isn't any additional restriction within the client file as far as viewing information. How would you want this to work if we were to add something of this nature in a future update? Would it be an additional role within Client Management that allowed you to view this information, or would you prefer a separate section for these files?

We have a bug out there from this most recent release this weekend, but we are getting a fix prepared that will be released tonight so it will work for you again tomorrow. One way to circumvent the issue, we've found, is to use the Quick Form to do data entry. If your computer isn't seamlessly changing from one location to another, it might be a setting or function of your browser that we can look at and change. I'd encourage you to contact your Account Manager or call our main line for support (469-293-3079).

If we were to have an option that allows the ability to change an appointment from one location to another without having to start over, how would you want that to work? Would each ...
