Hi, LauraF!
There is a report on the Statistics page called "Initial Visit Form". When you select this, you would then select "How client heard about us" in Column 2 of the stat and run the report.
Hope this helps and thanks for the post!

Hello, ScienceLady!
Thanks for your post. CareNet would not consider that as a visit unless it took place at your center. You can still keep track of these visits as Notes in CenterPiece, though, so you have some documentation.
Let us know if we can help any further.
Bless you,

Charise,
Thanks for your post! You can track any training information in the Notes section of each staff/volunteer record. You will add this to a staff/volunteer record by selecting "Add New > Note" and then entering the information. You can then view this under the Notes tab in the staff/volunteer record.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you need any additional assistance.
Bless you,
Tommy |

Hello Timeless!
Thanks for all your encouragement about our program. We are so glad that it helps you spend more time with people and less time recordkeeping. I agree that email is a great way to cut costs and we are currently working to add that feature to CenterPiece. Hopefully, we will have this sometime early next year and we will let everyone know when that is available.
Bless you and thanks for the post!

Timeless,
You are not dense! I can help walk you through the steps. After your first time doing it, it will come easier.
Here are the steps:
1) Run your batch receipts and view the report.
2) Choose a letter you have created in the "Select a Letter" drop down menu OR click the ellipsis box [...] and create a new one.
3) If you have created a new letter, make sure that you save it when you are finished.
Keep in mind that the letter you are adding to the batch receipt should be ... |

Tim,
Thanks for the question. No, at this time you can't edit the bottom portion of the receipts, but I will be sure to add this to our future requests list. I think it's a great idea.
I am glad that you are using the program! Please always feel free to ask questions and post feature requests as we value your ideas to make CenterPiece better and better!
Bless you,

Timeless,
You can include a customized letter section to any of your receipts. The batch receipt can be customized to include your statements, such as, "Please review your contact info...", as well as any special notices such as "Plan for our upcoming banquet" or "Thanks for partnering with us this year through our Walk for Life...".
All of this is done under the letter section and can be saved for future mailings. So, if you want a specific paragraph to be on every batch receipt, just ... |

Keith,
Focus on the Family has changed their report on a few questions. We are meeting with them at CareNet conf next week and will be getting more detailed info. Then we will update the report with their requested changes.
