Twin Ultrasound

| When a nurse facilitates an ultrasound scan and finds that the client is potentially pregnant with twins, they then do measurements and seperate due dates, etc for those babie(s). so I get the report and it states Baby A, Baby B. Well, they have seperate due dates, and because one is bigger states one is farther along then the other. Would I input 2 seperate sonogram forms for this, or can you add a function where you select a checkbox stating "potential twins" and it gives a second line for ... |

| One due date is 4-31-08, another 5-3-08 so it's a different month. I don't know about tracking both, just want to be accurate for CareNet and Option Ultrasound, and we've been having difficulty with OUP which I had Teresa M call and you guys handled.
Let me know what you come up with otherwise I'll just input one. :) THANK YOU for listening to my craziness and weird questions. You guys are so BEYOND APPRECIATED!

New Case?

| I have a client who came in for a test on 2/15/06, then came back on 3/9/06 and she had been to the doctor and they told her she was positive. Would I give her a new case number, yes correct? Also what forms would I assign to her. pregnancy test or pregnancy history? THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

| The first test was negative, she went to the doctors a few days later had a test and it was positive. So I mark PoP, but how do I still use all the information from the previous intake form? |

| We are hoping to start offering STD testing within the next 1-2 years. What I am wondering is how will I log that in eKyros? When is it a new case (each time they visit for this service or a pregnancy test, or pregnancy test only)? I know that by your standards a new case is "a situation involving any client who has never been to the center or a return client with a new possible pregnancy related concern (new pregnancy, post abortion, abstinence)." | Hello friends!!!!! Last year we talked about a lapsed donor report and you mentioned this would hopefully be made available in subsequent updates. Was this ever completed? For classes I have two questions:
1.) There should be an option for when there is no school, or no class that you can have it void out so you don't think you forgot to input attendance
2.) I am trying to input attendance for a class meeting today but it isn't available. I have options 11-24, or 12-4. It skips 11-30.

| Hello....me again :)
For future updates I am wondering if it would be possible to show birthdate and phone numbers when rolling over a clients name, as you have setup with the "notes" balloon. When the mouse is over the balloon it shows you in a dialog box what is typed. It is just easier for whoever is pulling the consultants charts for the day, so you don't have to click into the file, then click back into appointment book,etc it would just be a time saver all around.
