Resource Tab Scheduling Conflicts

| I recently got an appt which I scheduled in the appt book and used the resource room tab as well. The client called back 10 minutes later to change her appt time. I went to change the appt but the resource room told me there was a conflict and I had the wrong date in. So I checked all the dates I entered in both the reg. appt screen and the resource room screen changed all of them and tried to save the appt to the next time and date. It gave me the same error again.

running statistical reports

| Is there a way to run a report that will list all the clients except pregnancy tests?
We ran a pregnancy test statistical report to audit those files and now want to run an audit on all those client who did not come in for pregnancy tests.

| I just started using ekyros. Today I've entered 3 donors. No other donors/clients/staff or records of any type have been entered as far as I can discern. However, the id number started w/ 2 went to 3 and then skipped to five. Can I do a search to figure out if I entered someone I do not recall entering? Or how do I figure out why the id # skipped to 5 if I've only entered three people into the computer? |

| Thanks, for clarifying on the numbering.
Since I just started entering data into Ekyros today I'm positive that I have only entered 3 donors and no clients/staff etc I cannot find a way to search the database to figure out if I've entered someone as # 4.Is there a way to do this?(I'm also the only one who has access to the database).
The only possibility I can think of is when I entered one of my donors, in the field for what church the donor attended I created the first and only church ... |

| Yes it did! Thank you.
The system recorded the church I put in. I had recorded the church in under a donor's name so I did not realize it had catagorized it as its own file.

| If a donor or client is "removed/deleted" does the deleted file still count against our 2500 file cap?
I know that number cannot be reused but if their information etc is purged then will they count against us for the total files/id's we are allowed to use (in other words putting us into the next price range?) |

| I have a volunteer who donates to the center but is also a volunteer. Does she have to be entered as both a volunteer and a donor? Or can I somehow link it?

| This is our first year using Ekyros and I am trying to figure out how to best post the baby bottle campaign donations from churches/individuals.
I read all the online postings about the BBC but am still unsure best how to record that information. Should I make a BBC event? Or should I just record the donation in each church/Individuals file as bbc?
I need to be able to see how much each church has donated so I can report this information back to them. Is there a way to do that? Or ... |
